What we collect and why

• Order data (name, delivery and billing address, email, phone, order contents) — to process and deliver your order. Legal basis: performance of the contract (GDPR art. 6(1)(b)).
• Invoicing data — to meet our legal bookkeeping obligations. Legal basis: legal obligation (art. 6(1)(c)).
• Analytics data (usage of the shop, via Google Analytics 4) — only if you consent. Legal basis: consent (art. 6(1)(a)), which you can withdraw at any time.

Analytics and Google

With your consent we use Google Analytics 4 to understand how the shop is used. This may involve a transfer of data to Google, including to the United States, under the appropriate safeguards (EU Standard Contractual Clauses / EU-US Data Privacy Framework).

No analytics cookies are set until you accept them in the cookie banner. You can change your choice at any time.

Who we share data with

We never sell your data.

• Our payment provider (Stripe) to process payments.
• Our carrier to deliver your parcel.
• Our hosting and IT providers, strictly to run the shop.

How long we keep it

Order and invoicing data are kept for the legal retention period for accounting records. Analytics data is kept only for as long as your consent lasts and within Google Analytics' retention settings.

Your rights

You have the right to access, rectify, erase, restrict and port your data, and to object to processing. Where processing is based on consent, you may withdraw it at any time.
