Seller
These terms apply to every sale concluded through this shop with BNLplus, Jules Moretuslei 101, 2610 Wilrijk, Antwerpen, België (company number 1031.732.679, VAT BE1031732679, email info@bnlplus.eu).
Order and contract
The contract is concluded when we confirm your order by email. The contract language is the language of the shop in which you ordered.
Prices and VAT
Consumer prices are shown including VAT. Business customers with a valid EU VAT number see net prices; the applicable VAT treatment is shown at checkout and on the invoice.
Payment
Payment is made through our payment provider using the methods offered at checkout. The order is prepared once payment is confirmed.
Delivery
We ship from Antwerp, Belgium, across the European Union. Delivery times and costs are shown at checkout and on the Delivery & returns page.
Right of withdrawal
Consumers may withdraw within the statutory period; sealed hygiene products are excepted once opened. Full conditions and the model form are on the Right of withdrawal page.
Conformity and complaints
Goods must conform to the contract; the legal guarantee of conformity applies (Directive (EU) 2019/771). For any complaint, contact info@bnlplus.eu. Consumers may also use the EU Online Dispute Resolution platform: https://ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr.
Applicable law
Belgian law applies, without depriving the consumer of the protection of the mandatory rules of their country of residence.
